Note that the deadline for making reservations is July 31, 2010. After this date, rooms and rates will be subject to availability.

Getting a Visa

To request a visa letter please provide the following information:

• Full mail address


• Conference/workshop title, date and location


• The amount of fees paid by the requestor


• Your intention as either a participant, presenter, committee member, speaker, panelist, etc.


• If presenter/speaker/panelist, the paper/talk/panel title
